Return and Exchange Policy:
- We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. We are willing to work with our customers on exchanges or store credit within five (5) days of purchase of selected decor accents. Our Return and Exchange Policy regarding Furniture, Art, Lighting and all seasonal items is that those are final sale due to the curated orders and potential product damage during moving into a home by a customer or moving company.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
- Nest in the Desert does not offer shipping and Delivery services. All purchased must be picked up at the store located at 7954 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85704 | (520) 297-8299 | Open Monday - Saturday 10AM to 6PM | Sunday 11AM to 4PM. Our staff do often recommend a local delivery service to pick up and deliver purchased items. We ask for our referring vendors to be licensed and Insured; however, updated verification and due diligence is up to the customer in an effort to gain confidence in the service provider. Nest in the Desert is not affiliated with local delivery companies.

Payment Policy:
- We aim to provide a secure and convenient payment experience for our customers. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Nest in the Desert does not offer Credit Card applications or in store financing.
