Meet the Team: Gina Klement
Hi there! My name is Gina Klement. My husband Dan and I have been married for 8 years. I am originally from the Bay Area in California, and I have lived here in Tucson for nine years. I have three kids that are 23, 27, 29, a 17 year old stepdaughter, and a 2 year old boxer!
My hobbies were always focused around water & snow sports, but have switched gears to a love for hiking (when the weather permits), & my newfound interest is golf!
My love for design was always based around creating a cozy home environment; a place where our house always felt like home. There is such a joy in walking into your home and feeling a great sense of comfort, and a place you and your family enjoy being.
My favorite color that I tend to gravitate towards are the more neutral tones. They are easy to work with at any given time or season.
When I think of enjoying a nice evening out here in Tucson, I have a few favorites, but would probably choose to dine at Hacienda Del Sol [https://www.haciendadelsol.com/]. The ambiance & history is spectacular, and the food is amazing.
I am a firm believer of and have always told my kids, “Always do the right thing, even when no one is watching. Integrity is everything.” There really are few better words to live by.
Working at Nest in the Desert has been such a joy, and it's something I look forward to each day I am there. It puts a smile on my face and in my heart when I know I’ve helped customers find that perfect item they are hoping to stumble upon. I feel great pride in working for Nest in the Desert. Such a wonderful company, owned by such lovely individuals, and working amongst amazing people. Definitely a dream job.
